These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and VedicOrganics Agro And Organics ("Company", "we", "us"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the website and its associated services.

2. Product Authenticity & Natural Characteristics

VedicOrganics produces authentic wood-pressed oils and stone-ground spices adhering strictly to traditional, unheated processing:

• Our oils are 100% pure, unrefined, and free from synthetic additives, artificial fragrances, or chemical clarifying agents.
• Because natural wood-pressed oils are unfiltered, minor seed sediment settling at the bottom of bottles is entirely natural and indicates raw, unadulterated extraction.
• Aroma, viscosity, and natural golden shades may exhibit slight seasonal variation depending on harvested seed lots.

3. Pricing, Billing & Invoicing

All prices listed on our storefront are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes (GST):

• We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product availability; however, in the rare event of a technical typographical error, we reserve the right to correct the error prior to order dispatch.
• Full invoices containing GST identifiers and itemized breakdowns are generated for all completed transactions and provided upon shipment.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

An electronic order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit order quantities under reasonable circumstances, such as suspected unauthorized commercial resale, fraudulent transaction alerts, or unreachable delivery contact details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website — including logos, brand marks, product imagery, custom watercolor illustrations, text, and layout code — is the intellectual property of VedicOrganics and protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

VedicOrganics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, server outages, or courier delivery delays caused by external force majeure circumstances beyond our direct control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
